MHA To Grant Citizenship To Minorities From Pak, Afghanistan And Bangladesh In 2 District Of Gujarat

The Ministry of Home Affairs has issued a notification empowering collectors of two districts of Gujarat to grant Indian citizenship to six minority communities - Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains, Parsis and Christians - coming from Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Pakistan and currently living there.
