Man fined by traffic police, sets his bike on fire in anger

A 20-year-old man set his motorcycle on fire in Delhi on Jan 01 after his motorcycle was impounded and he was fined by traffic police. A case is registered against the man and he was also arrested by the police. Further investigation is underway.
