Locals set up bonfires as cold wave intensifies in UP

UP continues to reel under the cold wave. A thick layer of fog canopied UP’s Varanasi on January 06. The temperature has dropped down further to several degrees due to heavy snowfall in parts of North India. People took the support of bonfires to beat the cold weather. The chilly weather will continue in coming weeks too.
