Kota man gets 35 rupees refund after a 5-year-long battle with IRCTC

A Kota-based man helped 3 lakh rail passengers to get a refund from the Indian Railways after a 5-year-long fight. Sujeet Swami, who filed nearly 50 Right to Information applications, wrote to several government departments during his fight with IRCTC in order to get his 35 rupees refund. Watch the video to know more on this.
