Bihar Caste Based Census: Bihar government has made the caste census data public. In the caste census, the total population of Bihar has been stated to be more than 13 crore 7 lakh 25 thousand 310. According to the caste census report, 81.99 percent of the population is of Hindus, while 17.70 percent of the population is of Muslims.
