India360: Which new draft brought on Digital Personal Data Protection Bill?

Data Protection: The Data Protection Bill was first drafted in November 2022. After this several public consultations took place, after which the second bill has been drafted. In April this year, the Center told the Supreme Court that a new data protection bill would be introduced in the monsoon session. The court was actually hearing a case related to WhatsApp's 2021 privacy policy, in which it also came to the question whether it violates the right to privacy of the users.
