India, Latin America & Caribbean can become powerful voice on international stage: Piyush Goyal

Union Minister Piyush Goyal has praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi's efforts to connect the global south. Goyal said that if India and Latin America & Caribbean countries can align with the vision of a collective global south, they can become a powerful voice on the international stage. He also said that no power on earth can stop these countries from becoming developed.
