India Extends Export Duty on Parboiled Rice, Imports of Yellow Peas Beyond March 31

The Indian government has extended the 20% export duty on parboiled rice beyond March 31, aiming to maintain local stock and stabilise domestic prices. Additionally, duty-free import of yellow peas has been extended, contingent upon the issuance of the bill of landing by April 30, 2024.
