India 360: Retail Inflation Marginally Eases To 7.01% In June; IIP Grows 19.6% In May

There has been some relief on the retail inflation front. Retail inflation fell marginally to 7.01% in June due to cheaper food items. The latest figures of industrial production in the country are indicating a good recovery in the Indian economy. The Industrial Production (IIP) of the country has increased by 19.6% in May 2022. According to IIP data, production in the manufacturing sector grew by 20.6% in May this year.
