India 360: IMD issues orange alert for 5 states

Heatwave is likely in the coming days in five states of the country. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) issued an orange alert for five states of northwest India, including Rajasthan, Delhi, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Odisha. This means that in the coming days hot winds are going to disturb the people in these states. IMD has predicted heatwave conditions over Northwest and Central India during next 5 days, East India during next 3 days.
