ICICI Bank to invest ₹1,000 crore in Yes Bank

ICICI Bank today approved an investment of ₹1,000 crore in crisis-hit Yes Bank as part of an initial phase of a rescue deal. ICICI Bank will acquire 100 crore equity shares in Yes Bank at ₹10 per share.
