Heavy traffic jam on DND flyover due to dense fog

A thick layer of fog canopied Delhi-NCR on Dec 30. It affected vehicular movement and led to the heavy traffic jam on DND flyover. Commuters are facing difficulty due to low visibility. The temperature has dipped sharply in parts of North India.
