GST Council may soon levy 28% GST on Cryptocurrencies

After 30% tax on crypto profits and 1% TDS on crypto assets, GST council is now considering an additional 28% GST on cryptocurrencies. Crypto mining, sale and purchase of crypto could attract 28% GST in future. The decision on this will be taken in the next GST meet.
