Grief counselor in Panchkula helping crime victims in sharing traumatic stories

Panchkula has hired "grief counselor" for women survivors of various crimes including rape, domestic abuse and trauma. Besides helping the women victims to cope with the after effects of crime committed against them, the grief counselor will also offer psychological support to the aggrieved police personnel of Panchkula. While speaking to ANI, the DSP of Panchkula Police Noopur Bishnoi said, "We came up with this concept of grief counseling in December 2017. We had appointed Renu Mathur as grief counselor and tried solving various cases through this initiative.
