Defence Export: Indias Defence Exports Surge to Record Rs 21,000 Crore

India's defence exports have reached unprecedented heights, crossing Rs 21,000 crore in FY 2023-2024, marking a remarkable growth rate of 32.5% over the previous fiscal year. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh credited the success to strategic initiatives under PM Modi's leadership, boosting indigenous defence production. About 50 Indian companies, both public and private, have played a pivotal role, attracting interest from international buyers across 84 countries, including Russia, Israel, and UAE.
