Cyclone Fani hits Odisha, state on high alert

Parts of Odisha are on high alert in view of Cyclone Fani. The cyclonic storm made landfall in the state today. NDRF and state administration officials have been put on alert to provide immediate relief in aftermath of cyclone. Meanwhile, more than 3 lakh people have been evacuated and 541 pregnant women have been shifted to hospital safely in Ganjam district.
