Congress government collapsed during the confidence vote in Puducherry

The Congress government collapsed during the confidence vote in Puducherry Assembly, Chief Minister Narayan Swami submitted his resignation to the Lieutenant Governor. Congress and DMK MLAs submitted their resignations in the House even before proving majority in the Assembly.
