Commodity Live: Prices of Basmati rice increased, production was 11 million tonnes in 2022-23

The prices of rice are continuously increasing. Despite the increase in production, there was no reduction in prices. In 2023-24, production increased to 13 million tonnes, while in 2022-23, rice production was 11 million tonnes.
