Coimbatore college organises native cow breed show

As a part of ‘Pongal’ festival and ‘Velan Thiruvizha 2020’, a native cow breed show was held in Tamil Nadu’s Coimbatore. The event was organised by Sri Shakthi Institute of Engineering and Technology. More than 200 cows participated in the show and cows and bulls were divided into four categories based on their age and native breed. The aim of the festival was to encourage natural agriculture. The ‘cow show’ attracted the tourists the most.
