CJI praises ITAT on the completion of 79 years

On the completion of 79 years of Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), a program was held which discussed the pending cases. The Chief Justice of India Sharad Arvind Bobde said tax judiciary plays a very important role in resource mobilisation of the country and expressed concern over pendency of cases. CJI has praised ITAT on its foundation day for helping in reducing the load of judicial cases related to tax.
