CJI on pending cases at 79th foundation day of Income Tax Appellate Tribunal

On the completion of 79 years of Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), a program was held which discussed the pending cases. The Chief Justice of India Sharad Arvind Bobde said tax judiciary plays a very important role in resource mobilisation of the country and expressed concern over pendency of cases.
