Chinese Building Border Defence Villages In Uttarakhand, Says Sources

China, which is already locked in a lingering border standoff with India, has been building border defence villages adjacent to Uttarakhand, said sources. These border villages, comprising 250 homes, are being built 11 kilometers away from the Line of Actual Control (LAC).
