Budget 2021: Know everything about ‘Union Budget App’ that gives complete access to Budget documents

Ahead of the Union Budget 2021, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has recently launched an app to help common man understand budget better. This app comes loaded with various features and gives complete access to 14 Union Budget documents, including the Annual Financial Statement (commonly known as Budget), Demand for Grants (DG), Finance Bill etc. as prescribed by the Constitution. The budget app has been developed by the National Informatics Centre (NIC) under the guidance of the Department of Economic Affairs (DEA). The development of this app holds significance as the Union Budget, for the first time since independence, will go completely paperless. Let us check out feature of this app.
