Brightcom Group shares fall 5% after Sebi bars CEO, CFO from managerial posts
Brightcom Group shares fell 5% at market opening on August 23 after the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) restrained two of its officials from holding any managerial position in the company or its subsidiaries. Sebi also prohibited 23 entities, including promoter group entities, from disposing of BGL shares held by them.
