Annual river festival ‘Dwijing’ attracts locals in Assam’s Chirang

Annual river festival ‘Dwijing’ is underway in Chirang district. The festival was held on the bank of river Aie. A lot of regional clothing and crockery was available for sale. Locals thronged the stalls for kids’ items, plants and food items. Locals also enjoyed boat rides and art installations. The twelve-day long festival began on December 27.
