After Chandrayaan-3, India collaborates with Japan to explore lunar polar region with LUPEX mission
India and Japan's space agencies are collaborating on a mission to explore the lunar polar region. The Lunar Polar Exploration Mission (LUPEX) will use a rover and lander to study the possibility of establishing a base on the Moon, the availability of water ice, and surface exploration technologies. The mission is scheduled to launch in 2025.
