National Medical Commission (NMC) issued guidelines on Hair transplant surgery which states that, 'Aesthetic surgeries like 'Hair Transplant' and 'Permanent Hair Removal' should be performed by adequately trained registered doctors.' NMC said that one should not attempt to perform such surgery by watching videos on any workshop or YouTube. Actually In April, a 31-year-old man from Ahmedabad died due to hair transplant surgery.
