Aapki Khabar Aapka Fayda: Guidelines For Social Media Influencers Soon, Up To Rs 50 Lakh Fine For Violation

The government will soon issue guidelines for social media influencers. As per the proposed guidelines, if social media influencers endorse any brand after taking money, they will have to declare their association with that brand. If any social media influencer violates the rules, then a fined between Rs 10 lakh to 50 lakh will be imposed. Social media influencers will need to put disclaimers in such endorsement posts.
