The government is preparing to implement new rules and regulations regarding clinical trials, medical equipment and e-pharma. A proposed bill is ready for this, which will stop the arbitrariness of the companies that make the drug and do research on it. In the proposed bill, the rules for clinical trials of new drugs have been made strict. The government has proposed a new bill which for the first time seeks to regulate e-pharmacies and medical devices and provides for penalties including imprisonment for failing to pay compensation for injury or death during clinical trials for both drugs and medical devices.
