Aapki Khabar Aapka Fayda: CCI Fines Google Rs 936 Crore In Second Antitrust Penalty This Month

On Tuesday, the Competition Commission of India (CCI) fined Google ₹ 936.44 crore for the second time in less than a week, taking the total penalty to ₹ 2,274 core, for misusing its dominant position about Play Store policy. Earlier, CCI had imposed a fine of Rs 1,337.76 crore on Google. Now the CCI has ordered the tech giant to stop engaging in unfair commercial practises.
