PVC base card
UIDAI has recently released Aadhaar card which looks like credit and debit card. These types of cards are easy to carry and their life is also longer. According to UIDAI, anyone can get PVC base card made. UIDAI will charge a fee of Rs 50 for this. You can order PVC card through UIDAI website uidai.gov.in or resident.uidai.gov.in. The PVR card will be delivered at home from the speed post. The PVR Aadhaar card is equipped with latest security features such as holograms, Guilloche pattern, ghost image and microtext. These cards will be made of plastic and all your details are kept on this.
Aadhaar letter is also valid
The Aadhaar letter is the Aadhaar card, which was sent your house via post after applying. However, due to the delay in postage, many times it did not reach at the right time. Therefore, UIDAI gives citizens the facility to download the soft copy of Aadhaar card. It is completely valid and can be used anywhere.
E-Aadhaar
You can download the E-Aadhaar from the UIDAI website, as well as you can print it out and use it in any scheme or government identity card anywhere. These are also completely valid.
