Unstoppable Avengers: Endgame still breaking records at box office, pips best-ever BO hero Dangal
After witnessing a record opening weekend, Avengers: Endgame box continues to break records at the box office. Released on April 26, the film has already outperformed several Hindi biggies to emerge as the number one movie in India for 2019, crossing the Rs 200 crore mark on the fifth day on Tuesday. According to Taran Adarsh, the film has so far netted Rs 244.30 crore in its India business, and through his tweet, he said, "#AvengersEndgame is on a record-smashing spree... Holiday on Wed [some states] proved advantageous... Now highest grossing #Hollywood film in #India... Fri 53.60 cr, Sat 52.20 cr, Sun 52.85 cr, Mon 31.05 cr, Tue 26.10 cr, Wed 28.50 cr. In his another tweet, he compared the movie with the highest grosser of Hindi industry, Dangal, and said: "Phenomenal biz of #AvengersEndgame is an eye-opener, wake up call for our industry... #AvengersEndgame is competing with the biggest hits from *Hindi* film industry... The film trade analyst refuses to make guess about Avenger's lifetime business, and tweeted, "#AvengersEndgame is the highest grossing film of 2019 *so far*... It’s a bit too early to guesstimate its *lifetime biz*, but one thing is certain... Like #Baahubali2 [#Hindi], every *forthcoming* #Hindi biggie will be compared to #AvengersEndgame henceforth."
