Indian Railways subsidiary Integral Coach Factory (ICF), Chennai, has built a Train 18-like new electric train with higher passenger capacity. The train, which will be run for intra-city service, will have features like Train 18. A railway official has even termed the new train as Train 18's 'little sister'. It can run at the speed of 130 km/hour. The average speed of Rajdhani, Shatabdi Express trains is around 90km/hr
1. Regenerative braking
