Earthquake jolts Delhi, Noida, NCR region—people rush out of homes to safety
Earthquake in Delhi, India: In a major seismic development, earthquake hit Delhi, Noida, NCR region on Friday night (February 12, 2021).
Strong tremors were felt in many parts of Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, NCR regionsat around 10:33 PM on Friday night.
Earthquake cause panic
A strong quake shook Delhi-NCR, including Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad. The tremors were so strong that they spread panic and people rushed out of their homes out into the open. Source: PTI

Delhi earthquake epicenter
The seismology department at first erroneously gave the epicenter as Amritsar and put the quake's depth at 19 km. It later sent a revised statement to confirm the quake was in Tajikistan.
Earthquake in Rajasthan
This came after another quake in Rajasthan. An earthquake of 4.3 magnitude on the Richter scale hit Rajasthan`s Bikaner on Friday, informed the National Center for Seismology (NCS).According to the NCS, the quake took place at 08:01 am today. "Earthquake of magnitude 4.3 occurred 420 km northwest of Bikaner, Rajasthan, at 0801 hours today," the NCS said.
