Zero Box Office Collection: Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma, and Katrina Kaif starrer Zero has entered its eighth day and it appears that the sun has set on the film with the release of Ranveer Singh, Ajay Devgn starrer Simmba today. The film has earned around Rs 89 crore nett in its first week.

Earlier, film critic and trade analyst Sumit Kadel has said that Zero is all but 'done and dusted'.

"#Zero is DONE & DUSTED today. Thursday Collection will come in the range of Rs 2.5-3 cr nett," said Kadel.

However, if the overseas earning of the film is also accounted with, then the movie's gross collection (worldwide) jumps to Rs 153 crore in the first seven days.

Directed by Anand L Rai, the film has been produced with a massive budget of Rs 200 crore. This is said to be Shah Rukh Khan's highest budgeted film ever.

Rohit Shetty's Simmba has been released today on around 4983 screens worldwide and this has significantly reduced the screen count of Zero. Therefore, reaching a nett figure of Rs 100 crore in India will be tough for this Shah Rukh Khan film.
