What had actually happened was that PM Narendra Modi uploaded a picture of the MA Chidambaram stadium on Twitter and said he caught a 'fleeting' view of the second day's game between India and England teams.
"Caught a fleeting view of an interesting test match in Chennai," Modi tweeted. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had got a bird's eye view of the 'interesting' contest.
Reacting to this tweet by PM Narendra Modi, Anand Mahindra tweeted, "Haha. You Sir, have an unfair advantage in being able to obtain a ringside seat while still maintaining more than adequate ‘social distance!’ @narendramodi."
Both of these tweets have gone viral.
