WAR box office collection prediction: The much-awaited trailer of Hrithik Roshan, Tiger Shroff and Amitabh Bachchan starrer action film War was released on Tuesday morning and has been received exceptionally well by the movie lovers. Within minutes, the trailer was trending on social media platforms with several users tweeting in awe. The film is set for an October 2 release. However, it will clash against Chiranjeevi's period drama Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, hailed as one of India's biggest movies of all time. Despite this, WAR film is expected to smash all box office records.

Film trade analyst, critic and influencer Sumit Kadel tweeted that all box office records will rest in peace on October 2 with the release of War. "#WarTrailer is SMASHING, VISUAL ACTION BONANZA all the way. All the records will Rest In Peace on 2nd October. @iHrithik @iTIGERSHROFF #WAR," he tweeted on Tuesday morning, after the trailer was released.

However, Kadel added that it is not right to compare War with Prabhas starrer Saaho as both the films offer a new experience to viewers. The latter is set to release this Friday and also stars Shraddha Kapoor in the lead role.

"Its stupidity to compare #Saaho & #WAR , both the films are mounted on a lavish scale with never seen before action sequences, both will work on their respective merits. As an audience we should be happy to see 2 back to back HUGE Indian action films, it happes rarely," he said, in another tweet. 

Earlier, Kadel had claimed that War will earn at least Rs 48 to Rs 50 crore on its first day. He had claimed that the film could even witness advance booking like Avengers: Endgame and Baahubali2. 

"#SyeRaaNarasimhaReddy is grand & excel will get it 1000 + screens in hindi belt but screens doesn’t matter when HYPE rules.I am aware about the surreal craze for #WAR on ground .you‘ll witness advance booking on the level of ENDGAME & Baahubali-2. 48-50 cr is minimum expectation," Kadel had said. 

Apart from Chiranjeevi, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Kiccha Sudeep, Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanthara, Tamannaah Bhatia, Jagapathi Babu and Brahmaji, among several others.
