Notably, what every LPG cylinder subscriber should know is that one of the most flexible ways for applying for an LPG connection or ordering a cylinder is online and that there are two types of LPG cylinders available - subsidized and non-subsidized.

On its website, Indian Oil says, “Be aware of the following fake website which is posing as a legitimate site of Indian Oil Corporation Limited and inviting unsuspecting public at large to apply for LPG distributorship.” According to IOCL, the look and feel of this fake website is similar to theirs. Hence, it is important to remain watchful and not order any LPG related services from that website.
