Vizag Steel Recruitment 2019: Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL), popularly known as Vizag Steel, has invited online applications from young, ambitious, talented individuals for the posts of “Management Trainees” before August 9, 2019 at its Official website: www.vizagsteel.com. According to RINL notification, there are 10 vacant positions of Management Trainees at the Vizag Steel.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications of MT(HR): Candidate should have minimum of 60% marks in aggregate of all years/ semesters & all subjects (50% in aggregate for SC/ST/PwD) in Bachelors Degree (Full time) as well in MBA / PG Degree/ PG Diploma (Full time course of minimum 2 years) in HR Management / Personnel Management & Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare / Social Work (with HR as main subject) from a recognized University / Institute.
In case of dual specialization, at least one specialization should be HR Management.
Qualifications of MT (Marketing): Candidate should have minimum of 60% marks in aggregate of all years / semesters and all subjects (50% in aggregate for SC/ST/PwD) in Bachelors Degree (Full time) as well in MBA / PG Degree / PG Diploma (Full time course of minimum 2 years) in Marketing Management from a recognized University/Institute.
In case of dual specialization, at least one specialization should be Marketing Management.
Age limit: Candidates upper age limit should not exceed 27 years as of 01-03-2019. Relaxation in upper age limit for SC/ST is by 5 years, for OBC (non-creamy layer) 3 years, and for PWD candidates 10 years. Those candidates who domiciled in the state of Jammu & Kashmir from 1/1/80 to 31/12/89 will be allowed age relaxation of 5 years in upper age limit.
Application Fee: General and OBC candidates need to pay Rs 500/, while SC/ST/PwD candidates need not pay any fee. The Examination fee should be paid through Debit Card/ Credit Card and Net Banking.
Training and probation: Candidates selected as Management Trainees will be placed on training for one year. After successful completion of training, they will be placed under probation for one more year.
Emoluments: Selected candidates will be offered a Basic Pay of Rs 20,600/- pm in the Pay Scale of Rs 20,600-3%-46,500 (Pre-Revised). On successful completion of training they may be placed in the Pay Scale of Rs 24,900-3%-Rs 50,500/- (Pre-Revised).
Besides Basic Pay, the Management Trainees will also be paid Dearness Allowance, along with other perquisites and benefits including PF, Gratuity and other perks and allowances as per rules of the company in vogue. The Company also provides benefits like Leave encashment, housing and free medical facility for self and dependents as per rules. The CTC would be around Rs 9.46 lakh p.a. during training period and Rs 11.44 lakhs pa after training period.
