Vizag Steel recruitment 2018: The Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL), also known as Vizag Steel, has invited applications to fill 664 vacant positions for the post of Junior Trainees through a recruitment notification. Interested candidates should be within the age limit of 18 to 27 years.
 
Academic qualification: Those who are interested must be Matric / SSC pass along with full-time ITI/diploma in engineering in the relevant trades/ disciplines.
 
Candidates belonging to general category and other backward classes should have at least 60 per cent marks, while candidates from other category need to have a minimum of 50 per cent marks.

Salary: During Training, Junior Trainees will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs 10,700/- (consolidated) during the first year and a monthly stipend of Rs 12,200/- (consolidated) during the remaining period of training.

On satisfactory completion of training, Junior Trainees will be considered for appointment on probation to regular post i.e. Technician, subject to availability of vacancies in any Operation / Maintenance /
Service / Mines area with a minimum Basic Pay of Rs 16,800 in the pay scale (Pre-revised) of Rs 16,800-3%-24,110/- (S-3 Grade).
