'Very important' Warren Buffet message that will help you grow rich, happy

Warren Buffett is one of the most successful investors in history. When he speaks, the world listens. He is also is popularly known as 'The Oracle of Omaha' worldwide. But the Berkshire Hathaway CEO is not only best at analysing businesses, but also has experience and knowledge with wisdom that can even make a child understand. In a book 'Getting There: A Book of Mentors,' 30 leaders including Buffett himself, have shared their unguarded advice and stories and the secrets to the road to the top, based on their own experiences.

Buffett explained in his message in the book what he thinks "is very important to get across to younger people" - One should take care of his/her mind and body. It is not that simple. Buffett further explains with the help of an analogy. 

"Let’s say that I offer to buy you the car of your dreams. You can pick out any car that you want, and then when you get out of class this afternoon, that car will be waiting for you at home," says Buffet. Buffett further says that if you get to know that it is the only car you are ever going to get in life, then you will take good care of the vehicle. You will read the owner’s manual every time before driving the care and keep it in the garage, protecting and caring for it at all times. 

After explaining the importance of this once-in-a-lifetime car, Buffett compares it with the human mind and body an individual gets only once in his/her life. This mind and body should also be treated the way you treat the car. “You have only one mind and one body for your entire life,” Buffett says. He also warns that if you don't take care of your mind and body then by the time you become 40-50, you won't be able to go anywhere. In other words, all the money you may have earned would become useless. Moreover, you would not be able to earn the kind of wealth you may have desired for life.
