UPSC IES/ISS exam 2019: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued the UPSC IES/ISS Exam 2019 Notification.  The candidates will be able to apply online until April 16, 2019, for the Indian Economic Services (IES) and Indian Statistical Services (ISS) exams. The applicants have to apply through the UPSC portal - upsconline.nic.in. UPSC will fill up 65 posts in Junior Time Scale of the Services through these exams. Out of the total posts, 32 for IES, while 33 posts are for ISS.

UPSC IES/ISS exam 2019 will be conducted on June 28, 2019. The applicants must read the official notification carefully and follow the instructions given in it to fill up the application form and for other details.

Educational qualifications:
Indian Economic Service: The candidates should hold a postgraduate degree in Economics, Applied Economics, Business Economics, Econometrics from any recognised university.

Indian Statistical Service: The candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree with statistics, mathematical statistics, applied statistics as one of the subject or a Master's degree in statistics, mathematical statistics or applied statistics.

Age limit:
The candidate should be between 21 years and 30 years of age. Age relaxation will be applicable in accordance with the UPSC rules.

The online application process began on March 20, 2019, and continue till April 16, 2019. The applicants must follow the instructions for application submission. They must apply early to avoid the last-minute delay.
