UPSC recruitment 2019: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the exams date and time for the recruitment process for several vacant positions of Deputy Architect in Military Engineer Service, MOD; Assistant Director of Operations in DGCA; Assistant Director (Cost), Ministry of Finance; Medical Officer (General Duty Medical Officer), GNCTD and Assistant Hydrogeologist in Central Ground Water Board at its official website-upsc.gov.in. Notably, the applications were invited for these exams in the last two months of 2018, and first half of this year.
1. UPSC exam 2019: Recruitment of Assistant Director (Cost), Ministry of Finance, 10 posts
For the recruitment of Assistant Director (Cost) in the Office of Chief Advisor (Cost), Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance, the UPSC has released the exam date and time for the Computer Based Recruitment Test. The notification for these post was released on October 28, 2018 and the online application process ended on November 15, 2018.
The Exam will take place on October 20, 2019 (Sunday) between 9.30 AM to 11.30 AM. Candidates are advised to report at the exam centre by 8 AM. The candidates have to take the test of 300 marks in two hours duration, wherein, they have to answer objective type questions with multiple choices of answer. The Test will be held only in English, and all questions will carry equal marks, therefore, every wrong answer will carry a deduction of one‐third of the marks assigned to that question. If no answer is marked for a question, there will be no penalty for that question.
2. UPSC exam 2019: Recruitment of Medical Officer, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, 327-posts
UPSC has released the exam date and time for the Computer Based Recruitment Test for the recruitment of Medical Officer (General Duty Medical Officer) in Department of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of NCT of Delhi. The notification for the same was released on January 12, 2019 and the online application process completed on January 31, 2019. Check these details to know more.

The candidates have to take the test of 300 marks in two hours duration, wherein, they have to answer objective type questions with multiple choices of answer. If no answer is marked for a question, there will be no penalty for that question.

The Computer Based Recruitment Test for the recruitment of Assistant Hydrogeologist in Central Ground Water Board, Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, will be held on October 20, 2019 (Sunday) between 9.30 AM to 11.30 AM. Candidates are advised to report at the exam centre by 8 AM.
The UPSC will conduct the exam wherein candidates have to attempt questions carrying 300 marks in two hours duration. They have to answer objective type questions with multiple choices of answer only in English, while all questions will carry equal marks. Every wrong answer will carry a deduction of one‐third of the marks assigned to that question. If no answer is marked for a question, there will be no penalty for that question. Notably, the UPSC has released the notification for the exam on April 13, 2019, and the online application process ended on May 2, 2019.
4. UPSC exam 2019: Recruitment of Deputy Architect in Military Engineer Service, Ministry of Defence, 7- posts
The UPSC will conduct the Computer Based Recruitment Test on October 20, 2019 (Sunday) between 2 PM and 4 PM. Candidates are advised to report at the exam centre by 12.30 PM. The candidates would attempt questions carrying 300 marks in two hours duration. They have to answer objective type questions with multiple choices only in English. All questions will carry equal marks, and every wrong answer will carry a deduction of one‐third of the marks assigned to that question. If no answer is marked for a question, there will be no penalty for that question.
The notification for these posts was released on October 13, 2018 and the online application process completed on November 1, 2018.
