UPSC ISSE Exam 2020: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued notification for the Indian Statistical Service Examination. The examination notification was issued on 10th June 2020 and the last date for the receipt of online applications is 30th June 2020. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online by logging in at the official website of the UPSC — uspconline.nic.in.

Those who wish to apply should note that online registration for the Indian Statistical Service Examination 2020 will be in two parts. Candidates are advised to register themselves in both. Registration of Part-I & Part-II will be treated as valid till 18:00 hours on 30th June 2020.

Scanned photograph used for the application should be in JPG format and must be uploaded first. The digital size of file should not exceed 300 KB each and must not be less than 20 KB and resolution 350 pixels (Width) X 350 pixels (Height) minimum, 1000 pixels (Width) X 1000 pixels (Height) maximum and Bit Depth of image file should be 24 bit.

However, the UPSC website has also made it public that the Indian Economic Service (IES) Exam 2020 won't be held this year due to zero vacancy. The UPSC posted about the same on its official website and said, "Indian Economic Service Examination, 2020 will not be held due to NIL vacancy reported for the Indian Economic Service by the Ministry of Finance (Department of Economic Affairs)." The application for the same was to start from 10th June 2020.

The UPSC also announced the notification for the NDA (National Defense Academy) and NA Exam (II) on 16th June 2020.
