UPSC Civil Services (Main) 2019 e-admit card released; Check upsc.gov.in for more examination details
According to the notification, the UPSC will conduct the Civil Services (Main) Exam 2019 from September 20 to September 29, 2019. Notably, this year around 11845 candidates has been shortlisted to appear for the Mains examination.
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released a notification in which they have released the admit cards of the Civil Services (Main) Exam 2019. The candidate who has appeared for the examination can download their admit cards online through the official website. Candidates, who are eligible to appear in the Civil Services (Main) Examination 2019, can download their e-admit card from the official website - upsc.gov.in.
According to the notification, the UPSC will conduct the Civil Services (Main) Exam 2019 from September 20 to September 29, 2019. Notably, this year around 11845 candidates has been shortlisted to appear for the Mains examination.
Candidates should bring this e-Admit card (print out), along with the (original) Photo Identity Card, whose number is mentioned in the e-Admit card, in each session to secure admission to the examination hall.
Steps to download Civil Services (Main) Examination 2019 e-admit card:
1. Candidate need to first visit the official website, ie. upsc.gov.in
2. Click on the link which says " e-admit card: Civil Services (Main) Examination 2019"
3. Click on " Click here" option
4. Read the information and click on the option "Yes"
5. Now select the option between "by Roll number" or "Registration number"
6. Enter required details such as Roll number or Registration number, DOB, Captcha and click on Submit
7. Your e-admit card will be displayed on the screen.
8. Download and take a print for future reference
Candidates who do not have clear photographs on the e-admit card will have to bring passport size photograph for each session, for appearing in the examination. Also, the candidates are advised to bring a black ballpoint pen to the Examination hall for making entries in the attendance list.
