UPPSC Recruitment 2018: In an attempt to fill up as many as 10768 assistant teacher posts, the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has released a recruitment notification for male and female candidates. The registration process has now began, March 15 onwards, and eligible candidates should apply before the last date, i.e. April 16, 2018. The candidates are advised to log on to the official website – uppsc.up.nic.in to know in detail about age, educational qualification, selection process, application fee and other details. 
 
For UPPSC Recruitment 2018, interested candidates must have completed graduation from any recognized university with BEd degree. For post of computer teacher, candidate must be science graduate in Computer Application OR Graduate in Computer Application OR BE/ BTech in Computer Science OR graduate with A Level Course OR any other equivalent qualification, besides completing BEd or any equivalent examination.
 
The candidate should be between 21 and 40 years of age as of July 1, 2018. For SC/ ST /OBC/PWD/ PH candidates, age relaxation has been provided as per government norms.
 
The candidates would be selected on their performance in written test as well as interview.
 
For General and OBC candidates, an application of Rs 100 would be charged, and SC/ST candidates need to pay Rs 40, while PH candidates are exempted from any application fees. The candidates can pay application fee through credit/debit card, net banking or through eChallan at Bank. The requisite fee must be submitted by April 12, 2018.
