Bajaj Auto: The company has decided to expand for 3 wheelers and Quadricycle capacity to 1 million per year. The decision was made after the government abolished the permit regime that was previously applicable for the sale of auto rickshaws.
Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.: The company will remain in focus as it has received six observations to its Halol plant from the US drug regulator, USFDA. A media report says that the inspections were done between August 27-31 and this report paves the way for its first drug approval in five years from the plant—Infugem injection used for treating cancer, the report added.
Sical Logistics Ltd.: The Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to meet today and consider and approve an increase in the authorised share capital of the capital and issue of shares on preferential basis and obtaining the shareholders' approval through an EGM.

Religare Enterprises Limited: The company has posted Q1 2018-19 results and has reported a loss of Rs 17.07 crore versus Rs 14.05 crore. Its revenue also went down to Rs 1.06 crore versus Rs 4.73 crore (YoY).
