Total number of vacancies are 475, out of which 12 seats are for Assistant Electrical Inspector with the pay scale of Rs 15600 – 39100/- and grade pay of Rs 5400/- respectively.

94 seats are been assigned for Assistant Engineer post, 318 for Assistant Engineer(Civil), 13 seats for Assistant Engineer(Electrical), 26 seats for Assistant Director, 03 for Assistant Engineer (Fisheries) and 15 seats for Junior Architect with the pay scale of Rs 9300 – Rs 34800/- pm. and grade pay of Rs 51000/- respectively. 

Eligibility Criteria
candidates for the post of Assistant Electrical Inspector are expected to have a Degree in Electrical Engineering of any University or Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission for the purpose of its grant. 

For Assistant Engineer required education is B.E. Agriculture or B. Tech Agricultural Engineering or B.Sc.

For Assistant Engineer(Civil), B.E degree in Civil Engineering or Civil and Structural Engineering is required.

For Assistant Engineer(Electrical), Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering is required.

For Assistant Director, Degree in Mechanical or Production or Industrial or Electrical or Chemical Engineering or Textile Technology is required.

For Assistant Engineer (Fisheries), Degree in Civil Engineering, awarded by any University recognized by the University Grants Commission is required.

For Junior Architect, Degree in Architecture of any University or Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission is required.

Age Limit:
The age limit set for the post of Assistant Electrical Inspector is 39 years and for the rest of the post, the age limit set is 30 years.

Application Fee:
For all category candidates are expected to pay Rs 150/- 
Examination fees for GEN/OBC category candidates is Rs 200 and for SC/ST category candidates have to pay no fees. 
Candidates can pay the examination fee through Net Banking/Credit card/ Debit card or State Bank of India, HDFC Bank

Selection Process:
Selection will be based on Written Examination & Interview.
