TIFR recruitment 2018: Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) has issued notification to fill up the Scientific Officer and other posts. The candidates can apply on or before July 6, 2018, in prescribed format.

Eligibility Criteria
 
Educational Qualification:
 
Scientific Officer (D): Master’s Degree or PhD in Veterinary Science with a valid registration certificate issued by IVC (Veterinary Council of India). 
 
Experience: Two years’ experience in relevant field. Out of 2 years, at least one-year experience is essential in direct handling, management, breeding, maintenance and health monitoring of laboratory mice, the official notification said.
 
Engineer (C): Graduate degree in Architecture (BArch) from a recognised university /institute with minimum 60 percent marks in aggregate.
 
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years  of  experience in architectural planning  &design   and   interior   furnishing   of   buildings   in   a   reputed   architectural   firm,   research laboratory, universities and central/state government/Public sector organizations.
 
Scientific Officer (C): The candidates should be MSc  in Biology/Biotechnology with 60 percent marks in aggregate. 
 
Experience:    1-2   years   of   research   experience   in   molecular   biology   andgenetics. The candidate must be competent in Drosophila husbandry and genetics. Must be proficient in molecular biology and biochemical techniques. 
 
Scientific Assistant (B): The candidate must be B.Sc. in Electronics/ Instrumentational Engineering with 60 percent marks in aggregate (OR) SSC/HSC. 
 
Scientific Assistant (B) The candidate should have electrical diploma in Electrical Engineering with 60 percent marks in aggregate.
 
Tradesman (B): Candidates should be Turner: SSC OR equivalent.
