Dewan Housing Finance Corporation (DHFL): Indian mortgage lender DHFL on Monday completed the stake sale – 9.15 per cent stake - in Aadhar Housing Finance to BCP Topco VII Pte. Ltd, an entity backed by Blackstone Group. The company has said that it has paid the interest and principal on certain debt instruments that was due on Monday.
Sterlite Technologies Limited (STL): Stocks of Sterlite Technologies will remain in focus today as its promoter Twin Star Overseas Limited has released the entire Pledge on Shares of the company. The company had pledged 20.94 crore shares (52.01 per cent of its total equity capital), with financial institutions.
India Bulls Housing Finance: The company on Monday termed the writ petition filed in the Supreme Court with allegations of misappropriation/siphoning of Rs98,000 crore of public money as bizarre and an attempt to malign the company’s reputation and create hurdles in its merger with Laxmi Vilas Bank. The petition alleged that money worth thousands of crores were siphoned off by Sameer Gehlaut, the chairman of the firm, and the directors of Indiabulls for their personal use.
Petronet LNG: India's largest natural gas importer on Monday said that it has expanded its Dahej import terminal capacity to 17.5 million tonnes per annum (MMTPA) from current 15 million tonnes.
Vodafone Idea: CARE, a credit rating agency, has revised long term bank facilities ratings of the company from Care AA- to Care A+ and rating for NCDs from CARE AA- to CARE A+.
